Get the results you want in 2025
What is your biggest dream? What are you doing to reach your goals in your carreer, love life or personal development. And: What did you not make out of this year that you wish you had? Today, we are talking about how to change your life, starting from 2025. Hi guys! Its me again Irlin. Those who know me know that I am an achiever. All my dreams come to life and all my goals are reached. Quickly. So today I want to share with you one of many key reasons for my high tempo in reaching my goals. So that you also can kickstart 2025 with a whole new level! Cause yeah, its a new year. And a new year is a beginning.
Drop procrastination and get things done! The best way to achieve goals is to always stay focused on them. That's why I recommend this little task as your New Year's resolution for 2025.
1️⃣ Find your points
Write down 4 (or more if you think you can do it) main points for what you want to accomplish more in 2025.
For example:
- Become more politically aware
- Renovate your house
- Learn a language
- Make more money
- Get control of your addiction
- Get healthier
- Get better at saying no to people
- Learn to cook
- Gain more self-confidence
- Become a better lover
- Get better results at work
- Get more connected with family
- Get a tidier home
- Learn music notes
- Get prettier/healthier skin
2️⃣ Find your motivation
Once you have found 4, it is extra motivating if you write to yourself why you want to focus on this particular thing. And what your dream scenario is. For example, "I want to learn more French so I can impress my French friends when I visit them in Paris. And it's so sexy when people know multiple languages!
3️⃣ Do something daily!
Starting January 1st, you will do at least one thing EVERY day that benefits your goal. But don't worry! You don't have to spend 4 hours working on each of them. Sometimes, the little things that only take 5 minutes can be enough. "I want to learn to cook" might mean that one day you take a cooking class or check YouTube tutorials, while another day it might just be that you scroll past some cooking tik toks while lying on the couch with Fodora food. If you are going to learn something new, some days it can be a lot of investment while others it might be just reading a little quote in the language.
4️⃣ Reward yourself
Keep your motivation up with a streak system. For example, a calendar on the fridge that is marked every day you do your 4 points. Or fill up a piggy bank with 20 kronor every day you have done all 4 points. Or mark it on your mobile calendar.
I can guarantee that you will have a little fun doing it this way. You will be proud of yourself. And mostly; you will be surprised on how fast the results are coming!
